We offer spotless high quality accommodation with little extra touches to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. All rooms have luxurious linen, quality toiletries, fluffy towels, smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime & BBC iPlayer etc, and of course Wifi access. Half of our rooms have spectacular views of Skiddaw, Ullock Pike and Bassenthwaite Lake whilst the others overlook the meadow, where you can see a variety of wildlife.
We have a variety of different room types available, a choice of double en-suite rooms, family rooms with en-suite bathroom, a twin en-suite room and also double rooms with their own private bathroom. Some of our rooms are available at a special single occupancy rate and we also have a few rooms which are pet friendly for well-behaved dogs. We have two superior double en-suite rooms, which are both located on the first floor.
Double with Private Bathroom
Situated on the 1st floor these two rooms enjoy wonderful lake views.
Family Rooms
We have two family en-suite rooms, both rooms have been recently decorated and have a double bed, with a full sized single bed and another pull-out single bed.
Twin RooM
We have a ground floor twin room available with a large en-suite shower and meadow views.
Guest Lounge
This is an ideal space to relax looking out over Skiddaw and the lake or planning the day ahead or relaxing after a busy day.
