Menopause awareness and education has made significant leaps and bounds, particularly in the last few years. Celebrities like Davina McCall have had a tremendous impact and influence on lifting what is often felt like stigma and shame around the menopause. Women on average aged between 45 and 55 (but not limited to) can be adversely affected, and the symptoms can vary enormously from person to person.
For any women who have lived experience of symptoms that are causing them distress, consider booking in for our upcoming retreat in Ouse Bridge House B&B, hosted by Virginia Richardson. The Happy Menopause Retreat will take place from 24th -26th March. During your stay with us you learn some new skills, hear some amazing stories and leave with the confidence to know that you can manage your menopause journey with the support and knowledge gained on the course.
