Ouse Bridge Guesthouse is situated between Keswick and Cockermouth close to the shore of Bassenthwaite Lake in the hamlet of Dubwath.
By Car
Exit the M6 at junction 40 and take the A66 Westbound towards Keswick. By-pass Keswick on the A66 following the signs for Cockermouth.
The road follows the western shore of Bassenthwaite Lake for about 5 miles. There is a short stretch of dual carriageway (this used to be the old road and has a number of bends).
After just 50 yards, turn right again onto the B5291, signposted for Castle Inn. Ouse Bridge Guesthouse is a further 50 yards on the left, set back from the road.
By Bus
The X5 bus from either Penrith station via Keswick or from Workington via Cockermouth has a bus stop approximately 150 yards from Ouse Bridge Guest House. From the bus stop take the B5291 (sign posted Castle Inn), we are approximately 50 yards further on the left hand side of the road.
